Queenstown Destination Management has been delivering conferences, events, and incentive programmes for almost 20 years. Formerly operating as QT Event Management, our roots are firmly planted in Queenstown — not just as a destination we work in, but as a place we know intimately.

Queenstown is home. We understand how it works, how it moves, and how to make events run smoothly here — from navigating peak seasons and weather considerations to knowing the venues, suppliers, and experiences that genuinely deliver. That local knowledge is what allows us to design events that feel effortless for clients and exceptional for delegates.

We specialise in end-to-end conference and event management, supporting association conferences, corporate events, and incentive programmes. While our expertise has expanded, our approach remains the same: thoughtful planning, strong local relationships, and hands-on delivery.
